For my first bitters recipe, I adapting this Peet’s coffee recipe.
Substitutions:
- 151 proof Vodka instead of Wild Turkey
- Gentian root instead of cinchona bark as the bittering agent.
The name comes from the first song I thought of that includes “coffee” in the lyrics.
